Lou
(Gyllenhaal) is a sleazy petty thief who drives around nights looking for
things to steal. He happens upon a traffic accident that is being filmed for TV
news. He gets a police radio and cam recorder and gives it a try. He slick
talks his way into a small TV studio whose director Nina (Russo) is desperate
for ratings.
Gyllenhaal is always good. Here he convinces as a ruthless sociopath.
